Creating Your Umami Digital Account

Before you begin

You only need an email address, a phone number and a password to create a Umami Digital account. There is no sign-in with Google or Apple.

Steps to create your account

1. Go to the sign-up page.
2. Enter your full name.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Enter your phone number.
5. Choose a password.
6. Submit the form to create your account.
7. Sign in with your new email and password.

Resetting your password

• If you forget your password, select "Forgot password" on the sign-in page.
• Enter the email address linked to your account.
• Check your inbox for a reset email and follow the link to choose a new password.

If something goes wrong

• Make sure your email address is typed correctly and that you check your spam folder for the reset email.
• If the sign-up form will not submit, check that all fields are filled in and your password meets the requirements.
• If you already have an account with that email, sign in instead of creating a new one.
