Where to manage your subscription

All subscription management happens in Settings, where you can see your current plan and make changes.

Upgrading to Premium

1. Open Settings.
2. Select the option to upgrade to Premium.
3. Complete payment through Stripe checkout.
4. Your Premium access activates once the payment is confirmed.

Cancelling Premium

1. Open Settings.
2. Find your subscription details.
3. Choose the option to cancel.
4. Confirm the cancellation.

After cancelling, you keep full Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for. Your plan will then return to Free.

Checking your billing

Your subscription section in Settings shows your current plan, so you can confirm whether you're on Free or Premium at any time.

Payment details

Payments are handled securely through Stripe. Umami Digital does not see or store your full card details.

Troubleshooting

• If a cancellation doesn't seem to have gone through, revisit Settings and check your subscription status again.
• If you were charged unexpectedly, check the date your current period ends in Settings before reaching out.
• If something still looks wrong with your billing, contact support at /contact with details of the issue.

Tips

• If you're unsure whether to cancel, remember you'll keep access until your paid period ends either way, so there's no rush.
• Keep an eye on your subscription section around renewal time if you're planning to cancel.
